A number of Fitness and Wellness Classes are coordinated through Hudson Hospitals and Clinics. Classes and services range from individualized assessments to one-on-one personalized instruction to a selection of group classes.

This class is an energizing training session combining short, 20 second high-intensity intervals of exercise, followed by rest for 10 seconds, and repeated 6-8 cycles per exercise. In 6 weeks, participants will be familiar with basic muscle strength and cardio exercises, and can improve strength and cardio endurance using a variety of exercises.
