Membership and Participation Incentive Programs
Hudson Hospital & Clinic Rehabilitation Center offers several incentive programs for community and staff members. Improving personal fitness and wellness is a journey that many of us are unable to begin alone. We’ve partnered with local and national providers to help you take the first step.
The Frequent Fitness program allows members the opportunity to earn reimbursement for their membership dues and class fees. With a qualifying health insurance plan, you may be able to earn up to $20 per month for exercising a certain number of visits per month.
To learn if you are eligible, contact your insurance provider or contact the Rehabilitation Center. HealthPartners members who are over the age of 18 and in participating employer groups can join. Eligible members must enroll in the through the Rehabilitation Center and continue to pay monthly dues or class fees. If you meet the exercising requirements, you’ll be reimbursed the following month.
Hudson Hospital & Clinic is now a Silver&Fit® participating fitness facility! Silver&Fit is designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost or low cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans. Silver&Fit is provided by American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc., a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated.
