Fitness Studio Classes

Has it been quite some time since you exercised with others, or are you looking for a new group to join? If so, the Hudson Hospital & Clinic Fitness Studio is the place for you. Enjoy structured classes the spacious new Fitness Studio located in our medical office building, with convenient parking. Classes are offered Monday through Friday and taught by hospital staff and independent community experts. These small group classes range from basic flexibility and strength training to more intense, whole body cardio-fitness workouts.
Our Rehabilitation Center staff believe that fitness and wellness services are not only essential to recovery, but also key to avoiding injury, warding off illness and enjoying life to its fullest. Helping you stay healthy is our number one goal. Our therapists and instructors have designed our programming around your needs, and provide the tools necessary to help you discover ways to improve and maintain your overall fitness and wellness. Moreover, classes and exercises can be designed for individuals seeking additional improvement after therapy services or those with a chronic injury or illness.
