Hope Circles for Chronic Pain Relief

Coping with pain is not an easy thing to do, especially when over time ones threshold to pain is dramatically reduced and often what follows is depression. While you are actively searching for medical solutions with your doctor, it is also important to coping skills that will get you through this time of waiting. Pain research studies show that developing a consistent meditation practice helps in reducing pain and improving overall emotional health and wellbeing. Join this ongoing circle of hope for chronic pain relief where Theresa May combines simple yet powerful meditation practices (i.e. mindfulness practice, Spring Forest Qigong, Tai Chi Chih, guided imagery) gentle movement exercises appropriate to your limitations, coping skill topics of discussion and group circle empathy support.

The benefits come from consistent practice and often one will begin to notice an improvement in as quickly as four sessions. However, it is recommended that you commit to giving this process a minimum of three months. Wear comfortable clothing and bring cushions or a blanket for comfort during the meditation practices.
