All of us, at every age, have glitches in our memory. How do you know if your memory problems are "normal"? A memory problem is serious when it affects your daily living. It's normal to sometimes forget names, but you may have more serious problems if you have trouble remembering ho to do things you've done many times before, getting to a place you've been to often, or repeating phrases and stories. During this seminar, Dr. Severson will discuss what "memory" really is including "normal" memory, when you should be concerned, how you can exercise your emmory, as well as how to better cope with ememory loss. Don't forget to put this on your calendar!
