Color Design
A vibrant palette of timeless colors
is derived from natural energy sources in Feng Shui.
The colors represent all five natural elements: Fire/Red:
Earth/Yellow, Brown: Metal/White: Water/Black, Blue:
and Wood/Green. These are blended with timeless , non-trendy
shades to support the function within that space. Bands
of color provide key elements, as well as signage, to
help direct visitors throughout the facility |

Indoor Features
As you enter through the front doors of the campus, you are welcomed by
an original water feature. This water feature consists of three life-size bronze
sculptures nestled among rocks, placed in front of an original painting
of a St. Croix landscape scene. The sculptures were designed by artist Nicholas
Legeros and the backdrop painting scene was created by Dorothy Odlund.
The lobby and patient room walls feature space for original gallery art
created by local artists. The gallery exhibitions are a key component of
the Healing Arts Program.
Patient
rooms
Patient rooms are designed with enlarged windows, positioned to
allow patients a clear view
of nature from their bed. Outside each window is an original mosaic birdfeeder created by community residents to welcome birds from all
seasons. In each patient room healing art has been chosen to adorn the walls.

 |
| The water feature was made possible by an anonymous doration. The feature depicts
the sense of family that welcomes all who visit the Hudson Health
Campus. |
 |
| Patients Rooms - In each patient room healing art
has been chosen to adorn the walls. A birdfeeder is located outside
each inpatient room with guidance from a partnership with The Phipps
Center for the Arts of Hudson, Wisconsin. |
