Emergency Center Expansion
We have exciting new plans to expand our Emergency Center starting this fall.
In 2003, we designed the facility for 600 to 700 patient visits per month. We now see 900 patient visits per month, which often puts us above bed capacity 40 percent during peak times.
With the help of the Hudson community, we can fix this. With your help we will:
Elevate overall patient experience
Keep care local by increasing our ability to treat higher acuity levels
Decrease patient length of stay
Strengthen our behavioral health access and support
Provide the appropriate physical environment for every patient who enters our facility

Accessing our Emergency Center during construction
We’re expanding emergency care for our community. Construction started in September 2019. You can still access our Emergency Center off Center Drive. The temporary entrance is relocated about 100 feet to the left of the regular Emergency Center entrance. Access is clearly marked inside and outside the building. Check out the route and parking map here.
