Look inward this year and focus on your own personal heart health. Women face unique challenges and opportunities while having tremendous power to prevent heart disease in their lives or lessen its impact.
Did you know that 1 in 4 women in the U.S. die of heart disease? By taking surprisingly simple steps each day, women can dramatically reduce their risk of heart disease and add years to their lives. That's why Hudson Hospital & Clinic warmly welcomes you to an evening of inspriation and information.
At this gathering, listen and learn as experienced physicians share their passion for women's heart health and provide some of the latest recommendations available. Experts will discuss insights into nutrition and exercise that will equip you to make manageable changes to your daily routine:
- Sample sweet and savory heart-healthy treats - a little of the unexpected
- Participate in (optional) Tai Chi exercises
- Take home recipes and an ingredient starter kit
Women, arm yourself with support and knowledge! Come to this event and look at matters close to your heart this year.
