Local elementary students created Earth Week art on display at Hudson Hospital
Hudson Hospital & Clinic celebrates Earth Week. with the following activities:
- Green clean Friday – April 19 Staff were encouraged to clean and organize their work area. Any unneeded office supplies can be brought to the purchasing area on the dock for re-distribution. Staff are also welcome to stop by the dock area to see if they can re-use something for their work area. Contact Housekeeping x6485 for any cleaning supplies or recycling containers.
- Community road-side clean up is rescheduled for Saturday, May 4, 10 a.m. Meet by the receiving dock and we’ll spend a couple hours picking up trash along Stageline Road and Center Drive. Contact Jerry Jennings at x6485 if you can participate. Did you know you can recycle that?
- Monday, April 22 (Earth Day): The Green Team will have a table set up by the Conference Center from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with recycling information – plan to stop by and learn what you can recycle. HealthPartners sustainability steering committee challenges all of us to conduct at least one paperless meeting during next week! If you work in a patient setting, try to sign up as many people as possible for online patient services.
- Earth Day Art Fest – Hudson Hospital & Clinic is participating in Earth Day activities with local grade school children. Check out the display located in the main corridor through next week.
