Wisconsin Health Care Public Relations & Marketing Society Award
Hudson Hospital & Clinic Marketing Communications was recently named as a winner in the 2012 Communications Review by the Wisconsin Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society (WHPRMS). “The Communications Review is recognized by healthcare professionals in Wisconsin as a program dedicated to honoring excellence and superior accomplishment in the practice of healthcare public relations and marketing,” said WHPRMS President Heather Sullivan. This year’s judges were representatives from the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio. Winners were announced at the as a part of the October WHPRMS Annual Conference held in Elkhart Lake, WI.
The winning entry, “Roberts Clinic First Aid Kit Promotional Direct Mail” received an Award of Merit for strategic planning, effective implementation and execution, bringing awareness and growth and producing effective results. Nearly a hundred entries were submitted from hospitals across the state. The Award of Merit was giving to entrees achieving a 90-94% score in each of the criteria selections. Hudson Hospital & Clinic Marketing Communications team winning the award includes: Pat Cooksey, Director, Business Development & Marketing; Stacy Lenzen, Senior Communications Generalist, Marking & Communications; and Gretchen VanDusartz, Communications Generalist, Marketing & Communications. Hospital communications was also part of a series of Graphic Design awards submitted by the hospital's creative agency, Christiansen Creative. Hudson Hospital & Clinic Delivering the Premiere Experience Birth Center brochure, managed by Stacy Lenzen, Senior Communications Generalist, Marketing & Communications was one of 12 awards presented to Christiansen Creative.
