To help ensure the safety of patients, visitors, staff and volunteers while on the hospital campus, Hudson Hospital & Clinic is changing the times that the main hospital entrance doors are unlocked. Starting Saturday, March 12, the main entrance will be locked on Saturdays at 2 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. on Mondays. While the main entrance will be locked from the outside, those in the building before the entrance is secured will be able to exit through the main doors.
Visitors arriving after 2 p.m. on Saturdays, through Monday at 6:30 a.m., will need to use the Emergency Center entrance on the south side of the building. Visitors will need to check in with the Emergency Center registrar in order to be granted access beyond the internal security door that leads to the main hospital. The new entrance hours will not impact Saturday hours for the Pharmacy, Hudson Physicians or the Alcove Gift Shop.
The following signs will be available to notify visitors of the new entrance schedule:
- Exterior sign at the front entrance parking lot that directs visitors to the Emergency Center entrance
- Internal signage informing visitors of the entrance schedule changes
- Signage at the Emergency Center entrance informing visitors to check in with the registrar.
