Hudson Hospital & Clinic (formerly Hudson Hospital & Clinic) recently unveiled a new logo along with a slight change to its organizational name.
The announcement follows the introduction earlier this year of a new logo for the HealthPartners organization, of which Hudson Hospital & Clinic is a part. The logo is a sign of the HealthPartners mission, vision and values that all parts of the organization adopted in 2013 on behalf of its members and patients. The slight name change (using the word “Clinic” instead of “Clinics”) supports naming consistency and reflects the language that patients use in talking about where they go for care.
“We’ve always worked to associate our name with a consistent commitment to improving health and well-being, making health care more affordable and creating the best possible experiences for our patients and the community,” said Marian Furlong, president and CEO. “As Hudson Hospital & Clinic, and with our new logo, we will continue to celebrate our rich history of providing exceptional care to the communities we serve.”
Hudson Hospital & Clinic will begin to transition signage and other materials gradually during this year and into 2015. The former logo will continue to be seen alongside the new logo, but with less and less frequency as the transition proceeds.
