Christiansen Creative and their clients, Hudson Hospital & Clinic and the Cancer Center of Western Wisconsin, received recent recognition with national competitions. The firm entered several projects in the 30th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards— one of the ten largest of all advertising awards.
With over 4000 entries, less than 250 received a silver award as they did for their work on hudsonhospital.org — a complete redesign of the hospital’s website that is responsive to phone or tablet use. “Website designs are extremely competitive not only in the look of the site, but the functionality,” said owner Tricia Christiansen, “the outcome of this website has been a tremendous accomplishment because it builds the hospital’s brand and provides easy access to information for patients.”
The other big win was the Cancer Center of Western Wisconsin’s Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards competition in the category of marketing effectiveness. With over 6000 entries received globally, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence for communications professionals. Christiansen entered the Center’s campaign that included print ads, billboards, website, Facebook page, print materials, as well as television and radio spots that were released regionally to help promote the new Cneter’s coordinated Cancer Care efforts.
