How to Care for Your Aging Eye

With regular eye checks, you can take steps to protect your vision and reduce your risk for serious eye disease in the future. Effective treatments ar now available for many disorders that may lead to blindness or visual impairment. Join Dr. Knapp to learn more about the changes that occur with aging, what they are when to be concerned and how to deal with eye conditions such as floaters. He will review common aging conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, blepharitis, dry eye-Sjorgren, and diabetic retinopathy. Many of the healthy behaviors that help reduce your risk for long-term diseases, like heart disese and cnacer can also help to protect your eyesight.
