| Nurse Manager - Maternity Care |

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, a minimum of a baccalaureate degree completed or currently pursuing. Current WI RN license or eligible. The Nurse Manager is accountable for developing trust with the multi-disciplinary team through effective communication, professionalism and leadership in a manner that support the mission and vision of the organization. Key attributes include critical thinking, relationship building, strategic planning, prioritizing in fast paced environment, fiscal responsibility and team development and motivation. Essential functions: Accountable for 24-hour operations of assigned unit. Supports, coordinates and leads safe patient care in a healing environment. Interprets and responds to quality indicators to support safe and effective care delivery. Accountable for financial responsibilities of the assigned unit, including the budget process. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including coaching, mentoring and support for shared decision making. Accountability for human resources management of the assigned unit, including recruiting and retention.

Qualifications: We are seeking a Pharmacist to work full-time in our inpatient and/or outpatient setting. responsible for interpreting, monitoring and verifying appropriateness of drug therapy. Also supervise pharmacy staff, monitor pharmacy students on rotations and serve as a source of drug information. Qualifications: Registered Pharmacist with current Wisconsin RPh licensure or eligibility. Hospital or retail pharmacy experience is preferred.

| Health Information Management - HIM Manager |

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. RHIA or RHIT required. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in HIM. Must have knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information and release control technologies. Job duties include, managing all activities associated with release of information. Understands and implement HIPAA regulations as they pertain to access to information. Manages coding activities as well as all activities associated with chart processing.

| Procedure Center - Surg Tech |

Qualifications: Graduate of Surg Tech program. Must be able to scrub a variety of surgical procedures to include general, ortho, OB/GYN, also assist with GI endoscopy. 1 year experience preferred. Set up and maintain sterile fields, pass instruments, clean up of OR's and instruments.

Qualifications: Completion of Pharmacy Technician program and/or certification required; previous retail experience preferred. Responsibilities include: assisting with pharmacy inventory, floor stock, packaging/filing prescriptions, following proper procedure for dispensing, customer service, and billing. Must have knowledge of medications, 3rd party billing and possess math aptitude.

Qualifications: Provide customer service to patients, family members, and visitors. Register patients by gathering and entering patient demographic and insurance information in computerized admission system. Responsible for a variety of clerical functions. Previous registration experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.

Qualifications: Responsible for cleaning the following areas: patient rooms, discharge units, restrooms, public areas, specialty areas and ancillary areas. Job duties also include buff, mop, strip and wax floors. Clean carpets as well. Projects and linen duties included. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience preferred, but will train. Able to follow oral/written instructions and prioritize.

| Health Information Management - Coding Analyst |

Qualifications: Registered certification or certification eligible through AHIMA as an RHIT, CCS, or CCA. Previous hospital or clinic medical records, coding or insurance background is preferred. Job duties include code and abstract patient encounters for hospital and hospital based clinics, follow up on problems with encounter related to coding chart. Must be a team player, have good communication skills, good understanding of medical terminology and disease processes.

| Nutrition Services - Diet Clerk |

Qualifications: High school graduate and some training in the area of dietetics. Requires phone skills, familiarity with special diets and organizational skills. Responsible for room service for patients, data entry assisting with inventory, manage cash drawer and assisting in general kitchen area.
