Our Focus
Whether or not we are successful can only be measured by your individual satisfaction and the collective reputation we hold in our community.
Our staff, leaders, medical staff and Board of Directors also share a common understanding of what matters most in earning a reputation of exceptional care delivered in a healing environment. We are focused on common elements of your health care during each encounter with our organization, each day throughout the months and years.
We call these our five Elements of Care:
|
 |
PEOPLE:
The multi-color autumn leaves of varying sizes represent the diversity of our people – diverse in backgrounds, skills and motivations. In nature, leaves are the life-blood of trees, sustaining and nurturing the entire tree’s life and growth with valuable light, oxygen and moisture. |
 |
QUALITY:
The pearl represents perfection and quality in nature, where an oyster’s pearl is created in protective reaction to sharp sand granules threatening it’s soft inside. The oyster secretes a substance called nacre in continuous layers coating the granule – and over time, the more the oyster works developing the pearl, the more valuable it becomes. |
 |
EXPERIENCE:
The flower is rich in color, texture and aroma,
and represents a beautiful, natural experience |
 |
STEWARDSHIP:
After butterflies’ metamorphosis from stagnant cocoons to beautiful winged insects, they freely fly to the broader community of fields and gardens to help pollinate and promote nature’s regeneration. |
 |
GROWTH:
The acorn represents the mighty oak tree’s long life achieved through strong and stable growth. |
