Pre-Registration
For your convenience you may call to pre-register for your appointment. This will reduce check-in time prior to your appointment. To pre-register, please call Hudson Hospital & Clinics at (715) 531-6000, or call toll free (800) 993-2325 and ask for Registration. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Registration
Patient Registration/Admitting is to the left just inside the main entrance. We ask that you check in at the Information Desk and wait to speak with an admitting clerk, after which you will be directed or escorted to the proper department for your appointment. This helps us efficiently manage patient flow.
During the registration process, you will be asked questions by our admitting personnel. This information is necessary for patient identification, medical record accuracy, and correct and efficient billing. We appreciate your cooperation. All personal information is held in the strictest confidence.
The registrar will collect or update patient demographic information, have the patient sign required forms, scan drivers license, insurance cards and other documents, and collect co-pays. It’s a good idea to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to complete this process.
