Located at Hudson Hospital & Clinics, the Health Resource Center provides ongoing education and support opportunities to help build and reinforce healthy lifestyles.
Staffed by a registered nurse, the center is a convenient resource for clinic and hospital patients wishing to learn more about their recovery or health maintenance needs. The center has a large library collection of materials on a variety of health topics. Materials are available for loan and additional library services are available.
Library services include print materials and online services, Ask A Nurse one-on-one educational consult and Internet access.
The center also sponsors or hosts numerous free health seminars, health screenings, health and wellness classes, and education and support groups.
