Dr. Webster is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with eleven years of experience performing eye surgery. He was born and raised in California where he attended medical school at Loma Linda University under a U.S. Army scholarship. His nine years active duty military included practicing family medicine, an Ophthalmology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, as well as serving as an eye surgeon in Saudia Arabia during the Gulf War. While stationed in Germany, he met and married Debra Anderson from Niagra, Wisconsin. She soon had him convinced the upper midwest was the place to raise their family.

Dr. Webster has been practicing Ophthalmology with HealthPartners in St. Paul since 1993 and more recently at Hudson Hospital. His expertise includes cataract and Lasix surgery as well as plastic surgery of the eyelids.
