Volunteers
Hudson Hospital & Clinics has volunteer positions in more than 35 departments, programs and events. You will join a team of over 155 volunteers who in 2012 contributed almost 14,000 hours!
As a volunteer, you will meet new people, give back to our community and help deliver exceptional care in a healing environment!
How can I become a volunteer?
Age: Volunteer applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Commitment: Due to extensive prescreening and training, we respectfully ask for at least a six month commitment.
Interview: An interview will be conducted to explore talents and interests to create the most rewarding experience for you while volunteering.
Screening: A criminal background check will be completed along with a blood draw to screen you immunity to childhood diseases, hepatitis B and exposure to tuberculosis.
Hospital Training: Each volunteer will go through hospital orientation as well as departmental training prior to their first day of volunteering.
There are many departments and positions to choose from when determining what volunteer opportunity will work best for you.
